Can’t get the new Snapchat update

I saw someone back in 2018 has the same exact problem but there wasn’t a solution. I can’t update my Snapchat even though I have the latest iPhone, the latest iOS update, I’ve restarted my phone, redownloaded the app, and I still don’t get the new update. I’m still on the old layout and it seems there’s no fix. It’s been bugging out my snap as well, I can’t seem to private message people whatsoever. If anyone has the same problem, please let me know.
