iOS Cataline 10.15.6 won't update after restart

I get a notice to update my MacBook (2015) iOS to Catalina 10.15.6. It tells me to restart my Mac and when I do, it comes back on and I get the same message every time. So obviously, it is not updating. Does anyone know what to do?
