Hello mothiraj,

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like your iPhone is heating up randomly and is stuck on the restart loop. We certainly want to help out with your iPhone.

With regard to the iPhone getting unexpectedly warm, let's take a look at the steps here: Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable operating temperatures

Additionally, if you're seeing your iPhone restart unexpectedly, we want to narrow this down to hardware or software. This will guide you: If your iOS or iPadOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly

This should help to clear that up for you, but if you need further help, you'll want to contact our team here: Contact Apple Support

Take care!
