My ipad and iphone share the same apple id. I disabled the Safari in the iCloud tab in my settings on all devices but every time I open Safari on my phone it still opens it up on my ipad. How do I stop this from happening?

It sounds like you were having some difficulty navigating your continuity features to ensure your devices aren't able to access the same browsing information. We recommend ensuring that Handoff is disabled.
"Go to Settings > General > AirPlay & Handoff," then turn off Handoff.

Can you provide more details or be more specific? I'm not understanding what you mean by you "disabled the safari in the iCloud tab".
