The Find My app is giving me incorrect impossible exact locations for one of my friends.

Incorrect locations are being given for one of my friends on the Find me app. They were exact addresses which were impossible for the person at the time. What is going on?

No. Link couldn't be found when I clicked on it. Also this is the Find My rather than Find My Friends app. Thanks anyway.
