DNS - Cannot resolve host

I have a MacBook Pro that cannot resolve an ip-address. All my other Apple devices resolve the ip-address but not my MacBook. Chrome as well as Safari cannot connect to the website.

Hi,

System Preferences > Network > Advanced... > DNS, add DNS server with "+" button, 8.8.8.8( Google DNS server address), then reboot could solve your issue.

Hi. Unfortunately not. It was one of the first things I tried. but I have no luck yet.
