Plug in problem

Hi everyone. I need to install silverlight and tivibu plug ins to safari. I have installed them and plug ins exists in library-internet plug ins folder but does not exist in safari extensions. how can add those two plug ins to safari please? (macOS Catalina)

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Microsoft discontinued Silverlight development for Mac in late 2016. Any Silverlight plug-in that you have will not work in Safari 13.1.2, and that holds true for most other older plug-ins. Safari extensions developed prior to Dec. 2018 are of the old extension design, and they will not work either.
