i want to transfer all the data and information from a old Iphone that appears in my account to my new phone how do i do that if i no longer have access to the phone but it says it was backed up?

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

Turn on your device. ...
Follow the onscreen setup steps until you reach the Apps & Data screen, then tap Restore from iCloud Backup.
Sign in to iCloud with your Apple ID.
Choose a backup.
