Haptic/3D touch

I have recently bought the Iphone SE (2nd generation). Before that I had an Iphone 7, I used the 3D touch often. I switched between my apps with the 3D touch, but that doesn’t work anymore on the SE. Does anyone know why or how I can make it work again? Or did Apple take that feature away?

Is there was a way to turn on the 3D Touch app switcher on the new iPhone SE 2020? I can't find 3D touch on my iphone 13 Pro Max. The 3D touch is same as haptic touch? I can't find the 3D touch on my iphone 13 Pro Max, setting-accessibility-touch-haptic touch. The 3D touch is the same as Haptic touch?
