I have a iPhone and bought a IPad earlier this year. It tells me theiPad is restricted to set up a mail account. why?and how can this be changed?

Why can My iPad not have a mail account? It tells me it is restricted to have Mail. IPad Pro. This device is not listed in my list.

Hi Not-intheknow,


We see you are not able to add mail accounts for your iPad. Are you running the latest iPadOS version available? Is the Apple Mail app installed? This sounds like there may be a profile or device management preventing adding a mail account in the Mail app.
