Blue screen on external monitors

I have a problem with external monitors connected to Caldigit USB-C Pro Dock. I have the dock connected to my 13" MacBook Pro 2019 to one of the thunderbolt ports. Both screens work fine but after 5 seconds one on them turns blue. My signal path is MacBook>USB-C Pro Dock>Active DP-HDMI adapter>monitor. I shall add that the first time I connected the dock with the monitors to the computer everything was fine, only after I disconnected it the problems started. I tried reseting the SMC, rebooting with the dock disconnected and connected and nothing seem to work. Do you have any idea how to mitigate the problem?

Hi KacperNowak1,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

From your post, it seems that your MacBook Pro is unable to detect one of your external displays. After a few minutes of connection, the screen turns blue. We want to help. You can follow the steps in this article that talks about getting help with external displays: Get help with video issues on external displays connected to your Mac - Apple Support.

If those steps don't help, does this issue happen if you are not using the Pro Dock? If the issue only happens when using the Pro Dock, you may want to reach out to the manufacturer for assistance.

Have a great day!
