LG External Display Screen Turns Black Randomly (32UL750-w)

I'm having the same issue related in this thread https://discussions.apple.com/create/question?communityId=2097020


I just got a new MacBook 16 inches and still having the same issue, I already contact the LG support and there is no issues with the screen.

I tried a different computer (not Mac) and no problem were detected.


Another problem I realized. the screen is 31.5 inches but when I check the display info in the System Information on my Mac it shows 27 inches.


I already tried to reset SMC, PRAM and NVRAM but there is no changes.


There are any update on that?
