I am trying to tidy up and make my passwords more secure by changing duplicates etc. I can get to the Keychain app and Cmd A selects all the entries. However, when I try to copy/export I am unable to. Tried Cmd C but this does not work. Does anyone have a solution?

Only some can be exported, and I'm not sure what criteria is used to determine that.
If you select many, and even just one is not exportable, you cannot export the group.

Strikes me as overkill that the owner of the data cannot access it even after verifying they are legit by logging in with correct creditials.
You can still access it. Just open it and show the password.
I have no idea why it can't be exported.
