Problem with installing MacOS Catalina

I can't upgrade my MacBook Pro 2017 MacOS High Sierra to MacOS Catalina. When I reset may Mac and wanted to install MacOS Catalina, there said error, and now when I want to install it again, it says that the Macintosh HD disk was encrypted

You must wait for the disk encryption to finish. Then disable it so you can do the installation.
