My Icloud drive (windows folder) not syncing to Cloud

Even though I am signed in, my Icloud folder (windows 10) does not sync to the icloud drive.

iCloud not syncing My wife has a 2018 Mac Mini and a brand new 2017 MacBook Pro 13 inch recently issued to her from work. There seems to be a syncing problem between the two devices. I can see iCloud Drive items on both computers but my wife has made changes to folders and files on the MacBook and they have not shown up on the MacMini in over 24 hours.

iCloud doesn't sync in 20 mins Hi, my MacBook Air iCloud folder and my iMac iCloud folder don't sync. within 20 minutes. I cannot see a pdf file on my MacBook Air iCloud folder after 20 mins. I actually can use the Internet without problems on both devices. My MacBook Air has macOS Ventura version 13.5.1 and my iMac has macOS Ventura version 13.5.1. What might be the problems and how could I resolve this iCloud sync. problem? Thanks a lot!

iCloud Drive not syncing I Factory reset my Mac and then when coming back to it, I no longer can access any of my iCloud Drive files (desktop, documents). I still have access from my iPad or if I go online to icloud.com, I can see all the files still exist. But syncing all those files to my computer isn't working and I can't figure out why. I've tried logging out of iCloud on both my Mac and iPhone and when signing back in no files download to either. Hopefully someone can help.

Sign out and log in again
Update the iCloud for Windows app
Update Windows PC
Check available storage space on iCloud
Uninstall and reinstall iCloud for Windows
