App Store not loading

How can I make the App Store load? Every time I open the app, it just sends me this message and I’m 100% sure I have internet and WiFi and all that. I don’t know how to fix it.

The status of an Internet Account remains "Checking". I'm trying to enter an Internet Account in the Mail app. At the beginning everything is ok, but when I finish I noticed that the account is no added and the status is still "Checking" and it has remained like that for more than two days.
