Amazon app gives me oops no internet, I have tried everything

When I try to use the Amazon app on my 14 Pro, it will only work using wifi with mobile data turned off. Otherwise I get "oops no internet" message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache, tried to chat with Amazon (no help). What else can I do?

Double Check the following setting:


Open Settings ➡️ Cellular ➡️ Amazon: Ensure that this switch is set to ON.
