The school admin had likely set 'parental controls' on all the student machines;
{..Or ~ head of time, they may have been sent out that way, on special order..}
You may have to contact the school district admin who handles their student
technology and ask what they do to correct these kinds of issues.
Other times, those settings require admin password; and or restart into Admin
account to change secondary account settings. I've done some searches and
found there may have been a few alternatives, at another level. Not from here.
Sorry that has occurred. Unless some other Community helper has workable
solutions: the school district would normally be ones to contact for fixing this.
