Performance of the phone

I bought this phone from Flipkart , the phone was delivered on 28th June 2020 .

Since then I was facing the performance issue .The phone is hanging from time to time.As the phone is bought recently, this was not at all expected. Could you please tell me what needs to be done?

I am unable to attach video that can reflect the kind of issue that I am facing?

Please let me know how can I send the video?

Phone is even hanging while using instagram and whatsapp video call could you please look into this?
