My default payment method has been declined but there is money available and it should work. The payment and shipping page asks that I edit my payment method but I want to keep the same one. there is no option to try the card again. how do I get Apple to try debit the same card again?

I am trying to reset my pay method with same card which Apple keeps declining there is money on the card but they won’t let me reset it.
I cancel my payment from paypall because a had miss a mistake charged so no i need to activated it again is that posssible?
My default method says declined but it should work ,how do I get apple to approve the same Visa card again? Thanks
