Full text of Message on lock screen

How can I allow the full text of a Message to display on the lock screen without having to pick up the phone and authenticate with Face ID first? Right now, it only shows the header.

What do you mean by "header"? Are people sending you messages with a subject line? Do you have Settings>Notifications>Messages>Show Preview turned on? Even with that on, you won't see the whole message if it's longer than a few words. There is no way to see the whole message without going to the Messages app.
