iCloud email hacked and receiving hundreds of spam emails every day.

My iCloud email has been hacked and I am now receiving hundreds of spam messages every couple hours a day. I want to change my iCloud email but if I set a new iCloud up will I loose all my photos and stuff? Thank you.

I wouldn't necessarily call what you've described being "hacked" as it sounds that your email was placed on a mail distribution list. Now whether this was done maliciously or not is debatable but you do not have to resort to such extremes as changing your Apple ID.
