Restore from iCloud

Trying to restore iPhone from iCloud. Every time we log in with Apple ID it gives an error message that it cannot connect to Apple servers. We have tried turning off WiFi and going off data. Correct password and wrong password- none work

Trouble with restore I have 6s with all the storage being used by Other. I did a restore, but now when I type in my Apple ID and Password, the reset phone doesn't recognize it. The message is "Verification Failed. There was an error connecting to the Apple ID server". I reset the password via PC and it still won't open on the phone. I can't get any of my old settings or information until I can log in!

Perhaps this article will help:

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

If not, contact Apple Support.
