Need HELP talking to a Card Card Specialist

My apple card application was denied due to photo of my license. Reason given in email "We are unable to verify your identification information". Tried taking better photo of my license and is legible now. Need to talk to someone. Called 877-255-5923 TWICE, close call back that took 2.5 hours each time. Second call the Agent 'transferred me' and hung up on my. HELP!!!!

If your application is declined, you have to apply again. It isn’t Apple that declined you. It was Goldman Sachs Bank who is trying to verify your identity.
