What happens when you click on Back Up Now?
Is your total backup size less than 5GB?

When i click Backup Now nothing will happen.
Yes the total backup size is about 300mb,
so?

Strange huh?
You seem to be doing everything right and yet it doesn't start backing up!
Let's try forcing it to back up:
Toggle OFF iCloud Back Up.
Restart the iPhone.
Toggle ON iCloud Back Up.
Connect the iPhone to a power source.
Click Back Up Now.
Also,
Try letting it back up on its own - later, when the iPhone is connected to power, locked and on Wi-Fi!
