Shared family storage - backups
How can I backup my kids iPhones to our shared family storage? Their iCloud storage is max'd and we have 200gb of storage.

You invite them to share the storage and then thy backup their phones the same way that you backup your phone.
Share an iCloud storage plan with your family - Apple Support
On your phone, go to Settings>Your Name>Family Sharing>Shared Features>iCloud Storage>On. Make sure that the kids are listed in that settings.
