iphone 11 camera doesn't work

My iphone 11 is less than 1 month old, but the front camera does not work. it's completely dark and sometimes the app freezes. I already restarted, I already erased everything, I already reset the factory .... and nothing. It remains exactly the same .. The flashlight does not turn on either. Any solution?
