Apple ID is UAE but iTunes card is from Europe

My apple ID’s country is UAE, and I am currently in Europe, and I have an iTunes gift card from Portugal. Can I use it with my apple ID even if the country registered is UAE?

No. iTunes gift cards are country specific and can only be redeemed onto Apple IDs that are set to the country they are for.
