iPhone Rear Camera lines

My iPhone 8 Plus rear camera experiences two black shadow-like lines that run across the screen from the top right, and it doesn’t appear when in portrait mode. They just seemed to come on one morning and I’m not sure what is causing it, I have cleaned the lens and tried restarting multiple times. Can anyone help me figure out what this is and how I can fix it? Thanks

Hello samo_123,

We know how important it is to get the image quality that's expected from your iPhone, and you've come to a great place for help. Restarting the device, and cleaning the lens are great troubleshooting steps. In addition to those steps do you notice if the issue only occurs if the flash comes on, and does it persists if you remove the protective case if you have one on the device?

You can find the steps we're walking through in the article linked below.

Have a great weekend!
