App Store Language issue

My Apple ID account connected to Azerbaijan, my phone language is Turkish. All apps supported turkish language. Bur App Store still English. I reset my phone like two times

The language of the store is not determined by any language setting on your phone. It is specific to each country's store. You can't change it.
