So I am not receiving any text messages from new numbers on my phone. I know this because I looked at my Mac and I had a ton of text messages that were not appearing on my phone. I can text from my phone and it does send but in most cases if the number is new I can not see the message on my phone. Also when I send it through my computer it does show that I texted the numbers and they text me but on my phone their messages do not appear. I'm trying to do my work with these numbers so Im trying to see how I can fix it asap

Your post doesn't make a lot of sense. "Throttled" usually means slowed down. As in "Apple throttled the processors on phones with failing batteries to prevent sudden shut downs". Or "Your data speeds may be throttled if you go over 10 gigs in a month". It really doesn't have much meaning in this context. Can you explain it with another word?

Once you've read the article sberman linked to and understand the difference between SMS and iMessage, you'll need to determine if the problem only happens with one type of message (and if so which) or both.
