app is not updating
when updating it pops up a message that the item was refunded or purchased with different Apple ID. What it means. It is a brand new Mac Air.

Click here and follow the instructions. If you can't accept them into your Apple ID and didn't customize your order with paid preloaded applications, delete and redownload them.
Preloaded copies of Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie, GarageBand, and other applications on a custom order don't have an Apple ID stored inside them.
