"This app cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID"

I've bought a new MacBook pro 13 core i5. It's working fine. I did think the battery was draining fast.

Anyways, I had pending updates to default apps like iMovie etc. When i tried updating it. It said "This app cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different apple id. Why did this message pop up if my MacBook is new? Is it refurbished? idk.

I would like to receive any opinions, thank you.
