How do I add music to Music so Music knows where the music is and can Music can play my music?

macos 10.15.6 (19G2021)

Here is my music I want to put into Music. (So much less confusing when it was called iTunes). It is mp3. It has album art baked in. Look- Finder knows about it.

I have set up Music to manage my itunes library and copy things in.

I drag the folder with this music onto Music. It copies it in. Each file is now it's own album, apparently.

I'd now like to play the music in Music.

SO I now need to locate the music MUSIC just added? I search for the file. And NO it is NOT in the music folder. I navigated to the folder shown above, and did a search.

So How Do I Add Music To Music So Music Can Play My Music?
