My iMovie projects have disappeared!

I was working on an iMovie project, and suddenly that project and 20-30 other ones that I'd put together over the last 5 months, have all disappeared! Not in media, not in projects, not in trash...!? Any advice please?! :-)

Look in your Movies folder for the iMovie Library and double-click it.

iMovie projects disappeared I was working in iMovie and I had 5 projects in the works. I have had Mac computers for over 20 years and understand their function very well. I have never seen anything like this. It's like the projects were there on minute nd gone the next. I checked the trash, etc. Nothing. Any thoughts would be appreciated because one of then videos I was working on was for an upcoming memorial presentation. :(

After Ventura upgrade - imovie projects disappeared I just went to iMovie and found that my projects disappeared. I figured that it was due to my upgrade or os update I did a few weeks back. Where did the files/projects go? Can I recover them?

iMovie is missing 90% of my movies Every couple months, I create a new project in iMovie. Today I opened it and it asked if I want to import past projects into the updated iMovie, so I clicked yes. The result is that 90% of the projects just do not exist in iMovie anymore. Where did they go? How can I recover them?
