macbook air cable

Hi guys

On the website the macbook air comes with USB-C charge cable.

Is that the same as a USB- C to lightning cable.

No, the charge cable is USB-C at both ends and does not carry data. Its sole purpose is to connect the included AC adapter to your Mac.
