Apple Watch burn marks?

So I have had a apple watch for many years now series 1,2&3 My series 3 for the last month has been leaving me really bad almost burn like marks on my wrist . I’ve tried cleaning it I’ve stopped sleeping in it and tried changing the strap but I’m still getting these marks has anyone else had the same or similar ? If so what’s happening please 😞 I don’t want to stop using my watch but it’s getting to the stage of selling it and changing to something else as it’s destroying my skin
