Paid for Netflix Subscription That Does Not Work

Has anyone paid for a Netflix subscription through Apple and their Netflix is not working? I paid through Apple and my Netflix is still paused and needs payment. I contacted both Apple and Netflix. Neither company will refund me and my Netflix is still not working. Apple says I need to talk to Netflix to get a refund, but Netflix cannot refund me because they have no record of payment. Netflix said to go back to Apple, and Apple says there is nothing they can do.

Carp,

For almost two years, Netflix has not accepted iTunes billing for new or rejoining Netflix customers. If Apple took your money, press your request with Apple Support, and be prepared with details of what took place. But, if you want a subscription to Netflix, you need to set it up with Netflix. Thanks Ed. I sent Apple my communication with Netflix and they already had my receipt (Even re-sent to me for some reason). I had the past year free through a WiFi provider, and when that ended, I just restarted it. Either the Apple support agents have no clue about Netflix and that they no longer offer it, or they are just not putting effort into this. Netflix said it was no longer offered through iTunes. It was still available and chargeable on iTunes when I went to restart it. So essentially, Apple stole my $10 as they won’t refund me. Lol
