I subscribed to Netflix on AppleTV, got a subscription confirmation and a receipt - cannot log in to Netflix
I subscribed to Netflix on the Apple TV, got a subscription confirmation and a receipt yet I cannot log in to Netflix on the AppleTV - Netflix says the subscription has been cancelled.
Apple TV has been RESET to factory, other apps reinstalled, logged in to and working.
It's just Netflix - how do I get a refund from iTunes?
Has anyone else had this problem?
