Trying to cancel Apple TV+ Subscription

I'm trying to cancel a subscription I got through Sky that is to renew tomorrow. When I follow the Apple link to 'Cancel a Subscription' all I get is this page, which never loads - https://finance-app.itunes.apple.com/connecting-client?targetUrl=https%3A%2F%2Ffinance-app.itunes.apple.com%2Faccount%2Fsubscriptions. It's been sitting there for hours doing nothing.

I have iTunes, but tried reloading it and when you go to that link, it also freezes and won't load.

Really, really frustrating and not something that would encourage someone to bother with Apple again.
