Validation Of purchase date

Hi,

I purchased MacBook Pro from Carrefour (France). I tried to validate my purchased date in checkcoverage.apple.com but every time I receive this message " We’re sorry, but we are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later"


How can I proceed to resolve this issue.

I have the same issue, you purchase the device from Carrefour, I purchased mine from Costco. The purchase date in Apple's system is "Estimated", you can call Apple support to update the date of purchase, submit the receipt along with your SN.
