iPhone locked with previous owner's account

Hello.

I am in possession of an iPhone XS that I purchased from advertisements on one of the websites.

Bought cheap because with iCloud lock, I was told that I can unlock this lock afterwards.

Unfortunately, it turned out to be practically impossible.

My question now is: what can I do when I have no contact with the owner of the iPhone?

It’s not that Apple “overlooked” this need ...


... rather it’s an intentionally-designed way to make stolen devices worthless.


It works well.


However, it will NOT impede a legitimate after-purchase sale and transfer.
