I may need to restore my Books Library using my time machine, but I'm uncertain as to where the library is stored on my MacBook Pro.
Can someone direct me to the correct location to use when restoring?

Books are stored in a couple of different places. iCloud Drive books are here:
/Users/<username>/Library/Mobile Documents/iCloud~com~apple~iBooks/Documents
Other books/audiobooks are here:
/Users/<username>/Library/Containers/com.apple.BKAgentService/Data/Documents/iBooks/Books
