Restore permanently deleted photos from iCloud photos

Hi, Few steps to restore photos from iCloud on iPhone:

1. Click to follow Settings > General > Reset> Erase all Contents and Settings

2. A dialog box pops up, choose Erase Now

3. Follow the instructions until you get on to the Apps & Data screen

4. Tap Restore from iCloud Backup

5. Sign in to your iCloud account

Choose the recent backup and click Restore to get back the deleted photos on iPhone. Another way you can try Stellar Data Recovery for iPhone on your computer to recover Photos from iCloud without losing existing iPhone data.

When you go to Settings / Your name / iCloud / Manage Storage / Backups, it does not include Photos. Scroll down to the bottom and it says "The Photo library is backed up separately as part of iCloud Photos."

If you had iCloud Photos enabled you could try the option to "download and keep originals" to see if your missing photos are there.

If it's within 30 days since you deleted them, you can do it. Delete and recover photos and videos on iCloud.com - Apple Support
