My ID and password is coming incorrect for app purchases as I want to make it as a TOUCH ID perhaps I used the same password

See if you can recover the ID/password.

Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
