Iphone XR charge and face ID issue

Suddelny my IPhone charge was drained, and it was shown Black Display with red charge image. After very long time connected charger it was increased 3 percentage, face id also not working. I put charging an full day it comes to 18 percentage. It's not crossing 18 percentage.

I came home from work and plugged it to a lightning cable made by Belkin to charge it but instead of charging the device began to show me notifications of “Unlock iPhone to use accessories” and “unable to activate Face ID on this device” both appearing at the same time. Drainage issues of battery and Face ID issues since iPhone latest upgrade Since updating to the latest iPhone update I have found my battery life depletes much quicker Is Apple going to resolve this issue any sooner plus Face ID does not always work,

Battery issues My iPhone XR is draining the battery very fast and sometimes the back is hot. Face id not working and even the auto brightness is not working. When I tried to enable face id a message that the phone is hot and to try later appears. It all happened overnight. Please help.
