Dust Particle in Rear Camera

Yesterday I found there is a dust particle in my rear camera, i raised a complaint and went to authorized service center and they suggested they will open and clean it (repair)

I am not happy with it

when ask for replacement they said they cannot give replacement for such an small issue when repair is possible

again i spoke to apple and they said service center decision is final

kindly help and suggest what should I do
