Iphone storage getting exhausted... as cache data getting increase in other section.

Hi, I am having Iphone7, 32 GB. I am continuously trying to emptying my phone by removing lots of stuff (photo, video etc.) but the moement I am removing it, after few hours again it showing memory is full.

while I checking others in iphone storage is getting increase and hold almost 15gb space now.

I m not able to understand how to remove data from storage section. May anybody suggest pls?
