Unauthorized charge from apple

I had a charge that I didn't authorize today from apple. There are no details in the bank transaction, no email confirmation of the payment neither there are at least a record in a history - nothing!

On top of it - there is no way I can reach out to support - it's not represented in my country (Ukraine). So how should I stop apple from charging my card?? Or at least to provide some reasoning. Now it looks like a bug.

Please any alive support contact me . It's just making no sense that you charge and do not provide any record of it!
