Old icloud

I am trying to get into my old iCloud in order to reset my old phone. I can not get the password reset because the number in it is no longer in use. I need to get it done today. What do I do?

See if you can get an email option. Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

If you can't reset it by using email, you won't be able to reset it today.
